Homes in Beeston

Beeston sits beside the University of Nottingham and grew with the Boots factory and other industry. The town centre is surrounded by Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many now student lets or HMOs, while larger Edwardian houses and inter-war semis fill the roads towards Chilwell and Bramcote. Beeston's older shopping streets still contain Victorian buildings with flats above shops.
Post-war and 1960s to 1980s housing covers much of Chilwell and Toton, and Attenborough has detached homes close to the nature reserve and River Trent. The tram link has made Beeston popular with commuters, and newer flats and houses have been built near the station. The low-lying land towards the Trent is in the flood plain, and some areas near Attenborough are particularly sensitive. Bramcote has larger detached homes and some of the higher values in the area, with plenty of mature gardens and trees on clay soils.
Areas we cover include Chilwell, Attenborough, Bramcote, Stapleford, Toton, Dovecote Lane.
