Book A Surveyor is the sales arm and back office for independent residential surveyors. We win the customer, check your diary, take payment, arrange access with the estate agent and send you a confirmed job. You inspect and report. We take a success fee from each booking and nothing else.

What does it cost to join?

Do I have to accept every job?
No. You set your coverage area, services and free days, and accept or decline each job offer.
Who takes payment from the customer?
We do. The customer pays us when the booking is confirmed and we pay you, minus our fee, once your report is delivered.
Who do I need to be?
An independent surveyor or small practice that is RICS regulated or an RPSA member, with current professional indemnity insurance.
Do you replace my own website or marketing?
No. Keep your existing clients. We add booked work on top and handle the admin for jobs we bring you.
